What is the MOQ of electric fan?

The MOQ is 300 pcs per model, but we will try our best support our new client to start a order, we can discuss if there is a actual order.

Can I buy samples before placing orders?

Yes. Please feel free to contact us. Sample cost will be calculated according to the sample requirements.
How long can I receive the samples?

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed requested specification, the samples will be ready for delivery in 10-15 days and arrive in 7-10 work days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
What's the warranty of your products? / How about your after-service?

Our product warranty is 12 months since leave our factory.We'll send you some spare part with the goods delivery together.Also,we'll send you component for free to replace the damaged one during the warranty period.
How can I get the price?

We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry (Except weekend and holidays). If you are very urgent to get the price, please email us or contact us in other ways so that we can offer you a quote soonest.
